The work
Large castings for pumps and valves
Water treatment equipment relies on large cast pump and valve bodies and on fabricated frames that carry motors and gearboxes. These parts need register diameters, seal faces and drilled patterns machined accurately so that they assemble and seal first time.
Our vertical lathes turn diameters up to Ø2,134 mm, and our horizontal borers machine the bores, faces and flange patterns that sit off the centreline.
