Turnkey delivery

One order, one team, one point of contact

Large engineered parts rarely need just one process. A typical job might start with 3D scanning of an existing part, move through fabrication and welding, then machining, fitting and assembly, inspection, protective finishing and delivery. Buying each step separately means managing several suppliers, transport between them, and the risk that nobody owns the final dimensions.

We manage the whole job. Fabrication, machining, fitting, assembly and inspection are done in our own shop in Clay Cross; specialist steps such as heat treatment, non-destructive testing, painting and coatings are arranged through our trusted supply chain and managed by us, so you deal with one supplier and one quality system.

Each project has a single point of contact who plans the route, books machine time, coordinates outside processes and keeps you informed, from first drawing to delivery on site.

Questions

Project management questions

More answers on the questions page.

What does turnkey mean here?

We take responsibility for the whole part, from drawing or sample to delivery: fabrication, machining, assembly, inspection and any outside processes, under one order and one point of contact.

Can you work from an existing part with no drawing?

Yes. We can 3D scan and measure the original, agree the critical dimensions with you, and manage the remake.
