The work

Large parts, handled in confidence

Defence equipment uses large, heavy parts where accuracy across the whole part matters: housings with bores in line, mounting faces flat and square, and features positioned precisely relative to one another. That is the core of what our horizontal borers and vertical lathes do.

Much of this work comes to us through defence primes and their supply chains. We machine to the drawing, the specification and the inspection requirements on the purchase order, and we keep drawings, models and part information to the access and confidentiality terms each customer sets, including non-disclosure agreements.

Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system and Cyber Essentials certification sit behind that: controlled documents, traceable inspection and protected IT systems.
