The work
Pressure-containing parts, machined to drawing
Oil and gas components are often large castings and forgings with sealing faces, bores and drilled flange patterns that must match mating parts exactly. We turn the diameters on our vertical lathes and bore, face and drill on our horizontal borers.
Gas valves and compressors were the products of Bryan Donkin, whose machine shop became Millbrook, so this is work the shop has done for a very long time.
Customer drawings and specifications are handled in confidence, and we machine to the quality and inspection requirements set on the drawing or purchase order.
