The work

The big, heavy part of the tool

Large press tools and moulds start with heavy plates and bolsters that need squaring, facing, pocketing and drilling. That work ties up a toolroom's best machines and its crane.

We take it on with our AWEA double-column machining centre, travelling X 2,000 by Y 1,200 mm, and our horizontal borers for the largest blocks. Parts come back ready for your own finishing.
