 Insured Warranty Packages
 Cover
Cover includes loss or damage to the machinery arising from breakdown or
operator error.
All warranty claims are subject to an excess which is dependent upon the
value of the equipment:

£100 each claim for equipment with an invoice price or valuation of
£10,000 or less

£250 each claim for equipment with an invoice price or valuation up to
£350,000
-
For equipment with an invoice price or valuation in excess of £350,000
the excess will be subject to negotiation.
The maximum limit of liability is £350,000 for any one individual claim
but higher limits can be agreed.
Basis of Settlement
Claims will be settled on a full reinstatement basis i.e. no deduction
made for wear, tear, age and condition.
Policy Conditions
The policy will contain a warranty that the insured machinery shall be
maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations by a
reputable firm of maintenance engineers or by suitably qualified engineers
employed by the insured.
Periods of Insurance
Cover is written for 12 months although at the discretion of the provider
this maybe renewed on the anniversary of the cover commencement date.
Premiums can be paid monthly (over 10 months) or by a single up front
payment.
